Coast Guard leads Harborfest Sail of Parade

PORTSMOUTH, Va. - A collection of vessels come together for Hampton Roads Harborfest Parade of Sails Friday morning kicking off three days of celebration. The Coast Guard Cutter Cochito was leading the Parade of Sails. The Cochito is an 87-foot patrol boat homeported at the Little Creek Naval Amphibious Base.
